**Dispatch Time:**

We pride ourselves on our quick dispatch process, typically sending out your products within 24 hours of order placement. However, there may be rare occasions where it takes slightly longer.

**Standard and International Shipping:**

We've made an important update for orders with standard or international shipping. These orders will be scheduled for collection the following day to streamline operations and minimize the risk of order mix-ups. This change does not slow down the shipping process; all products are still shipped out in the morning until noon to ensure swift delivery.

**Please Note:**

Couriers do not operate on weekends, which are not considered "working days." For example, if you place an order with delivery on Saturday, you will receive it on the following working day.
