Refund policy

 

At Al Makaanah, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade garments. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item under the following conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (including tags and any protective covers).

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the item’s arrival to the customer.

• The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

• To arrange a return, please email us at contact@almakaanah.com with your order number and a brief reason for the return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange as appropriate. Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be processed.

Al Makaanah reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
